Bir-Oaks Resort's season begins with the fishing opener in May and runs through the first of November (weather permitting). Cabins are rented weekly, monthly, and by season.

We do not permit smoking within the cabins, only outside. Pets are welcome as long as they are not left alone and are kept on a leash at all times. Pet charges are as follows: $35.00 per week. (Subject to additional charges if damages occur).

Big Sand Lake has a very nice boat launching area across the lake that can accommodate almost any type or size of boat.
