Terms and Conditions



All Cabin rentals subject to 5.5% sales tax and all state and local taxes, a deposit of $300 required to hold cabin reservations

           

  • Reservation cancellations, deposit refunds only if dates can be re-rented
  • Pets..well behaved pets are welcome, there will be a $35.00 cleaning fee added they must not be left unattended in cabins, and cleaned up after 
  • Check in is on Saturdays after 2:00pm Check out is at or before 10:00 am please keep in mind we need these times to ensure a clean comfortable unit 
  • Cabin is supplied a 14' rowboat or dockage for your own boat all row boats and Rental units must be properly tied up and secured against damage 
  • All facilities buildings and grounds are to be used by registered guests only, day guests are subject to a daily charges

  • Birchwood $1600 up to {8} guests, extra guests 30.00 per week per guest 
  • Lakeside {1}  $950.00 up to{5}guests ,extra guests 30.00 per week per guest
  • Lakeside {2}  $1100.00 up to {4} guests, extra guests 30.00 per week per guest
  • Pinewood    $700.00 up to {3} guests  maximum 
  • Hillside coming soon

BOAT RENTALS....... 

  • WEERS PONTOON 25'...DAY..$175.00.....WEEK..$800.00
  • BASS TRACKER PONTOON 20'...DAY...$175.00...WEEK...$800.00
  • ALUMACRAFT 14' FISHING BOAT..DAY...$125.00...WEEK...$450.00
  • KAYAKS....$20.00 PER DAY
  • ALL BOATS COME WITH FIRST TANK OF FUEL-THE REST IS CUSTOMER SUPPLIED ETHANOL FREE FUEL AND SYNTHETIC 50/1 RATIO FUEL
  • LIFE JACKETS ARE SUPPLIED AND ANCHOR INCLUDED


  • ALL BOAT RENTALS ARE SUBJECT TO DAMAGE AND CLEANING CHARGES
  • ALL CABINS ARE NON SMOKING
